Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aiselon platform and website operated by Aiselon Ltd ("Aiselon", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Aiselon provides an exam integrity platform that deploys an ephemeral security enclave to block AI-assisted cheating at the device and network layer. Features, defenses and availability may change as the platform evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for lawful exam-integrity purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the security enclave except under an authorised testing agreement.
  • Do not use the service to infringe the rights of, or unlawfully surveil, any individual.

4. Fees

Paid sessions are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis as described on our pricing page. Free sessions are provided at our discretion and may be limited.

5. Intellectual property

Aiselon and its licensors own all rights in the platform, software, and brand. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Aiselon's technology is patent pending.

6. Candidate data

Where you deploy Aiselon for assessments you administer, you are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required from candidates. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Aiselon is designed to block a wide range of cheating techniques, no security system can guarantee the prevention of all misconduct.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiselon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Contact
