Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 June 2026

Aiselon Ltd ("Aiselon", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. Aiselon is registered in the United Kingdom and acts as a data controller for the information described below.

1. Data we collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our exam integrity service:

  • Account data — name, work email and organisation you provide when registering.
  • Session metadata — technical signals required to enforce assessment integrity, such as the presence of overlay processes, remote-access channels and on-device model activity during a monitored session.
  • Usage data — pages visited and features used, to operate and improve the service.

Aiselon does not require webcams, keystroke logging or screen recording, and does not collect the contents of your assessments.

2. How we use your data

  • To deploy and operate the security enclave for each assessment session.
  • To provide your dashboard, account and billing.
  • To detect, prevent and respond to fraud and security threats.
  • To communicate with you about the service and respond to enquiries.

3. Data retention

Our default candidate-data retention period is 24 hours, after which session integrity data is automatically deleted unless a longer period is required for a specific contractual or legal reason. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data under the legal bases of contract (to deliver the service you request), legitimate interests (to secure assessments and improve the platform), and consent where required (for non-essential communications).

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform, under contractual confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@aiselon.com.

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, consistent with our role as a security company.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
